There are many ways to demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience for a unit of competency. Evidence may be historical, direct or indirect examples.  Applicants are encouraged to provide as much evidence as possible, which may include:

• Curriculum Vitae/Resume
  
• Job and person specifications or position description
  
• Workplace training records
  
• Written references from current or past employers
  
• Formal studies or qualifications
  
• Statement of achievement from previous training sessions
  
• Academic results from another training organisation
  
• Demonstration of skills - eg. Multiple choice questions or an assignment (provided in self-assessment process)
  
• Workplace observation
  
• Third party support statements from supervisors, clients or professional associations
  
• Rosters, log books, time-sheets, letters, memos, or work samples from the workplace, etc
