If you have prior qualifications in Australian Commercial Law with an Australian registered training organisation or university, you can achieve the TPB educational requirements of Commercial Law courses for Tax agent registration or renewal to satisfy either of the following three options.
Option 1:
· If you have completed Make Decisions in a Legal Context (FNSACC403) or similar course contents in your previous studies (click here to view similar the learning outcomes), you must study the following two more courses to satisfy the TPB commercial law requirements
· Australian Commercial Law III (TAFESA TPB 5)
· Apply Legal Principles in Property Law (FNSTPB505)
Option 2:
· If you have completed Apply legal principles in commercial and property law (FNSTPB502) or similar course contents in your previous studies (click here to view the similar learning outcomes), you must study the following two more courses to satisfy the TPB commercial law requirements:
· Australian Commercial Law III (TAFESA TPB 5)
· Apply Legal Principles in Property Law (FNSTPB505)
Option 3:
· If you have completed Monitor Corporate Governance activities (FNSACC604A) or Apply legal principles in corporations and trusts law (FNSTPB501A) or similar course contents in your previous studies (click here to view the similar learning outcomes), you must complete following two more courses to satisfy the TPB commercial law requirements
