Shan
joined the Faculty
of Accounting and Finance, TAFESA at the beginning of 2009 as a Lecturer in the
Accounting and Finance discipline. During his teaching career he has taught in the taxation, management accounting, economics, banking and finance disciplines across regional and metropolitan TAFE SA campuses; Shan has extensive teaching, instructional design and online course development experience at vocational and university graduate degree level.
Shan
has developed Australian Taxation Law and Commercial Law training courses and
methodologies for those seeking registration as a Business Activity Statement
(BAS) Agent and Tax Agent. These
courses are approved by Australian Tax Practitioner Board (TPB) for Australia wide delivery.
He has developed a number
of online tools to support online students
training and assessments. Prior to his academic career he worked as an Director, Department of Treasury and Finance. He also worked as a Teaching Associate in Faculty of Economics at the University of Adelaide. Shan holds an Australian Tax Practitioner Board licence as a Registered Tax Agent. |
