Provisional Member of CA Australia (ICAA&NZ), Postgraduate diploma in Chartered accounting foundations (University of Deakin), Bachelor of Arts (Hons) International Business Administration (University of Lincoln - UK), Master of Commerce (University of Kelaniya) currently writing a research, Certificate IV in Accounting (TAFESA), Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (TAFESA), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAFESA), Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (AAMC) and a Full member of MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia).

Frank joined the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, TAFESA at the beginning of 2016 as a Lecturer for short courses in accounting and finance as well as delivering regional bookkeeping workshops. Frank has been providing teaching support for courses in Financial Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, BAS and MYOB across regional and metropolitan TAFE SA campuses.

Prior to joining the TAFE Frank has worked as a public practice accountant and a finance manager within the private sector.
