Hilan Param joined the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, TAFESA at the beginning of 2013 as a Lecturer in the Accounting and Finance discipline.

Hilan is teaching law subjects for certificate IV students and Commercial law subjects for those seeking Tax Practitioners Board registration. He also deliver online support for external students completing accounting and taxation subjects.

Hilan practised law for 9 years before switching to teaching profession.
