Mike is a Transformation Professional and an Internationally Certified Trainer in NeuroSemantics and NLP. An experienced facilitator and coach, with an ability to connect and align people, he helps organisations to fine tune their performance wizardry to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to go! This includes creating and cultivating customer friendly buying environments and self-actualising leadership cultures.
Clients learn how to view themselves, others and their business environment from multiple perspectives, manage their state, ask questions that evoke greater awareness and insight, and focus and align their intentions towards planned and desired outcomes. He is tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Development & Change, and Training & Development. Mike has served for 3 years as Convenor of the AHRI SA Organisational Design & Development Network and as a former Executive Director of the SA Chapter of the National Speakers Association of Australia. His methodology is designed to encourage self reliance, flexibility, motivation, creativity, and endurance in individuals, teams and organisations. His programs are delivered as Coaching Sessions, Seminars, Workshops and Keynotes.
