One day prior to your online event you will receive a reminder email providing you with the website link and instructions on how to enter your session including your login details.

Ensure you enter the online session ahead of the start time, it is highly recommended that you login 10 minutes early to ensure there are no technical difficulties.

Equipment

  • It is recommended to use a computer/laptop, however a tablet is optional.
  • You must have a webcam or camera. This will be used to validate your identification and supervise your session.
  • It is preferable your devices have a microphone & speaker. Which allows you to hear and speak to the presenter. An alternative option can be provided if needed once you enter the session.

 

Internet Access

It is recommended to use a secure WIFI or internet connection. Mobile data download is an option by the participant, and it is estimated to use 300MB of your data.
