The range of topics in this assessment are all related to prepare meat dishes
You will actively participate in classroom activities, active listening, questioning, seeking assistance and use of relevant culinary terminology.
You MUST adhere to the TAFE SA policies and procedures regarding WHS, hygiene and cleaning when working with all equipment and utensils

2. Select, prepare and use equipment.
3. Portion and prepare ingredients.
4. Cook meat dishes.
5. Present meat dishes.
