This qualification is designed to develop the skills and knowledge required for administrative and clerical and customer service roles in business services, banking, credit management, insurance and retail financial services in the private and public sector. 

This qualification covers professional practice and financial calculations, develop complex business documents, financial markets, credit management, provide financial advice and customer relationships.

The Certificate IV in Financial Services includes courses that meet the requirements set by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) Regulatory Guide 146 (RG146) Tier 2 compliance, to provide general advice on financial product and services.
