Course Overview
This module covers customer service skills and business communication techniques, office technology and workplace health and safety procedures.
This is a full fee paying course comprising four nationally accredited units of competency.
Skills Covered
- Select, use and maintain a range of business technology. This technology includes the effective use of computer software to organise information and data.
- Produce a range of basic workplace documentation. This includes plan, draft and review a basic document before writing the final version.
- Participate in workplace occupational health and safety (OHS) processes to protect the workers own health and safety, and that of others.
- Identify customer needs and monitor service provided to customers.
- Using appropriate theoretical knowledge of customer service to provide technical advice and support to customers over either a short or long term interaction.

NOTE: This is a full fee paying course comprising four
nationally accredited units of competency. Students who are WorkReady eligible
can elect to enrol in the Certificate II in Financial Services (FNS20115) in
order to study these four units and other units required to complete the
qualification.

- Duration: 8 weeks,however students are able to fast track and complete in a shorter timeframe
