This course covers the accounting principles and practice required to prepare financial reports for companies and to compile and analyse data to meet statutory reporting requirements.

1. Accounting for the raising of capital through equity or debt sources
2. Calculation of profit, tax and the distribution of profit
3. Preparation of compliant financial statements
4. Preparation of consolidated financial statements for a wholly owned subsidiary
